UP-93-14 OF JOHN EAGAL (C/O <br /> SANGUINETTI &ASSOCIATES). <br /> This is a Use Permit Application to build a 13.6-acre lake for a private ski club. The project is to <br /> be located on two adjacent parcels. Parcel 1 is 49.2 acres and includes an existing 13-acre <br /> lake, an existing riparian area, proposed trials,and proposed picnic areas. Parcel one is <br /> bounded on the west by a levee, and south and east by the San Joaquin River. Parcel two is <br /> located adjacent to and north of parcel one. Parcel two includes the proposed 13.6-acre ski <br /> lake, proposed riparian area, a proposed 3,000 square foot shop, and a proposed 4,000 square <br /> foot dry storage building. Parcel two is bounded by the San Joaquin river on the north and east <br /> and by a levee on the west- Access to the site is from the east terminus of Lorenzen Road via <br /> a private road. <br /> The site is located 1800 feet off the east terminus of Lorenzen Road, adjacent to the San <br /> Joaquin River, east of Tracy. <br /> This item is scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of April 19, 2001. The Community <br /> Development Department will recommend that the Planning Commission Approve this item with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> Use Permit Application No. was approved by the Planning Commission on . The effective <br /> date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from the effective <br /> date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all <br /> necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary <br /> permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the establishmentof the use and the issuance of any building permits. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance <br /> requirements pertinent to this application.
