Kerry Sullivan -2- <br /> COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> UP-93-14 <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $182.19 per daily <br /> trip-end generated in the Tracy area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record. <br /> (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this <br /> development has addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for <br /> Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 6. All habitable structures shall have a lowest floor elevation one foot above the 100 year <br /> Base Flood Elevation. <br /> 7. Fill elevations in Parcel No. 2 shall not exceed 18.5 feet, this includes fill used to elevate <br /> the structures. <br /> 8. All structures shall meet the floodplain management standards. <br /> 9. A revised set of improvement plans shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Public Works for review by the Flood Control Division. <br /> 10.
