LA-97-9 <br /> Dear Mr Van Buren: - - <br /> - <br /> The South5an Joaquin Irrigation District has reviewed the application nard-d above and requests <br /> that the following conditions of approval be adopted for this lot line adjustment: t <br /> 1. The owner shall execute the necessary documents and agreements to provide for the <br /> abandonment of service and the removal of irrigation structures for those parcels which will <br /> not continue to receive irrigation water. .. . . <br /> 2. If irrigation service is,to`continue, the appropriate private irrigation'easements shall be <br /> provided. -For private irrigation easements,'-place-the followingnote on map near the <br /> location of the easement: <br /> "A4 ize - foot wide private irrigation easement shall be conveyed across [lots] [parcels] <br /> [nos.] at the time of conveyance. Pipeline to be installed at owner's expense." <br /> The note above, together with the owner consenting to the preparation and filing of the map, <br /> gives constructive notice to title companies, future property buyers and the public of the <br /> requirement to provide a private irrigation easement as well as its size and location. <br /> 3. The owner shall grant easements of sufficient width for all District facilities which may exist <br /> on subject property to serve as a replacement for any prescriptive and/or unrecorded <br /> easements that are present.
