I <br /> REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-0048 <br /> Silkkerl Miller <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-00-18 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on April 5, 2000, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to <br /> approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on October 5, 2001, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the <br /> County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Tina Wehrmeister,468-8477) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions <br /> of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this <br /> map: <br /> 1) Parcel 2 shall have a minimum lot width of 150 feet. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 610.4) <br /> 2) Parcel 2 shall have a mlRimi irn maximum lot area of 3 acres. (Williamson Act, California <br /> Government Code) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: An application for a California Land Conservation <br /> Contract (also known as the Williamson Act) shall be filed prior to recording the Notice of <br /> Lot Line Adjustment. Legal descriptions reflecting the new parcel configurations shall be <br /> submitted with the application. Filing fees are required for this application. <br /> 2.
