Fdescription of the site is as follows: The extreme north portion of the77shed, <br /> ingle family residential homes,with the southern balance of the prop. Therefore, the land use is applicable to the zoning ofAgriculture-4dition to the two residential structures, there is a detached garage an <br /> with the metal shed storing agricultural implement equipment. hidividual septic systems <br /> serve the residential structures, and a domestic well serves both residences. <br /> § 1.2 Description of proposed development is to make no changes to the subject property, other <br /> than a Minor Subdivision. A Lot Line adjustment was approved in January 2007. As <br /> referenced, the purpose of this Report is to fulfill the requirements of the EHD. <br /> The Lot Line Adjustment Map has been completed by the en ' ng tim of Wong <br /> Engineers. The APN map of the property can be foundLbjepct <br /> endix A illustrated on the <br /> Aerial Photograph Map also found in Appendix A,the pro is in an agricultural <br /> region, south of Louise Avenue. Environmental conditor <br /> that may take <br /> place on the property in the future must be in strict compliance with applicable Codes and <br /> Regulations. <br /> § 1.3 The APN Parcel location map is found in Appendix A. <br /> § 1.4 The S.J.C. Aerial Photograph Map and Lot Line Adjustment map shows the location of all <br /> existing items on the subject Parcel, including the existing on-site domestic well. These <br /> include buildings, driveways and trees. There are no ponds, pools or waterways on the <br /> parcel and no natural drainage courses. Stormwater from the property will drain into the <br /> surrounding almond orchard. <br /> § 2.0 PAST, PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THE SITE <br /> § 2.1 Past use of the property has been as agricultural production land planted in almond since <br /> 1945, with re-plants. Past agricultural activities on and around the property may have <br /> contributed nitrate to the underlying water aquifers. Present and anticipated future uses <br /> have been defined. Present and future agricultural activities may contribute to potential <br /> environmental concerns;however, this may be said of any agricultural operation. <br /> § 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES <br /> OF CONTAMINATION <br /> § 3.1 Discussion of the methods used to research and investigate the potential or known above- <br /> ground and below ground sources of contamination at the site include the following: <br /> The first source of environmental information are the EHD Envisions Program Records. <br /> These documents provide all available public environmental information on leaking <br /> underground storage tanks and hazardous materials over-site surrounding the subject <br /> property.
