NOTE: <br /> The Environmental Health Department has received a report dated November 18, 2008 that <br /> has been approved. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> NOTE: <br /> Water sample results were submitted on November 21, 2008. <br /> D. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> E. Submit improvement plans designed by a registered engineer to the Environmental Health <br /> Department for review. Plans for the development shall include the well locations, building <br /> locations, and all subsurface sewage disposal areas. <br />
