November 21, 2008 <br /> Environmental• Engineering• Geoiogy Project Number 2008021 <br /> San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> A public file review request was made to the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's <br /> Office regarding chemical use permits and chemical use reports on the subject property. A review of the <br /> agriculture monthly pesticide use reports since 2003 was conducted. The full list of chemicals and use <br /> reports are located in the appendix. Several of the chemicals applied are Restricted Use Products. Based <br /> on the provided use reports,chemicals have been applied to the property from 2003 to present. <br /> r-- <br /> Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources / <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) well map W5-3 <br /> was reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject prope <br /> y. No <br /> wells are depicted on the subject property. <br /> Site Reconnaissance <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted as part of this <br /> Investigation. Photo ra of the subject property are attached in the Appendix. <br /> The subject property was observed to be an almond orchard with a residence and a detached <br /> y garage along the east side and a mobile or manufactured house along the west side. To the east <br /> of the garage was a domestic well. An agricultural well was observed along the southern <br /> property line along Louise Avenue. Adjacent to the agricultural well was an above ground fuel <br /> tank and a plastic chemical tank. In addition, two trailer mounted tanks where located adjacent <br /> to the well. This area appears to be a chemical mixing area. A domestic well is located near the <br /> manufactured or mobile home however it was not possible to identify if it was located on the <br /> property or is adjacent to the property.
