Louise Avenue, Ripon, California. The <br /> property consists of one parcel, Assessors Parcel Number 203-060-17. The current zoning listed <br /> on the San Joaquin County Community Development web site is AG-40. The parcel size is <br /> reported as 42.53 on the San Joaquin County District Viewer (GIS System). Currently the <br /> r property consists of a residential building, a separate storage structure with the remainder of the <br /> site planted to almonds. <br /> Description of the Proposed Development <br /> The currently proposed development includes creating a second parcel on the property. <br /> No plans are currently proposed for construction on the new parcel.
