F. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a Sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in <br /> the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br /> disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Department. A $230 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> G. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin <br /> County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> H. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit <br /> must be obtained from the EHD.
