Based upontreview of the site plan, it appears that there are two District facilities located within or <br /> adjacent to the boundary of the proposed project. We are requesting that improvement plans be <br /> submitted to,the District which provides specific details for proposed drainage, access, grading, <br /> and other such on-site or off-site improvements which may affect District facilities and operations. <br /> This plan must be reviewed and approved by the District's Engineering Department to determine <br /> the necessitj�:..to make improvements to District facilities in accordance with Distract policy. <br /> b. No buildings shall be allowed within the District's easements. <br /> c. Obtain an encroachment permit from the District for any proposed encroachments within any <br /> District easement. <br /> d.
