The neighbor expressed concern <br /> regarding phasing the project, addressing the existing sign, and traffic impacts. Phasing the <br /> project and the existing sign are addressed in the Staff Report. The Staff Report erroneously <br /> mentioned the existing driveway encroaches on the parcel to the east. The existing driveway <br /> encroaches on the parcel to the west. With regards to traffic, the Department of Public Works <br /> reviewed the concern and submitted the attached response letter dated April 1, 2010. <br /> I <br />
