P.N. 205-070-46) <br /> Dear Mr. Martin: <br /> The South San Joaquin Irrigation District has reviewed the <br /> application named above and requests that the following conditions <br /> of approval be adopted for this development: <br /> 1. The owner shall execute the necessary documents and agreements <br /> to provide for the abandonment of service and the removal of <br /> irrigation structures for those parcels which will not <br /> continue to receive irrigation water. <br /> 2 . If irrigation service is to continue to these parcels the <br /> owner shall conform to the following requirements: <br /> a. Dedicate a private irrigation easement to the benefit of <br /> all parcels which do not have access to water and show said <br /> easement on map. If the easement cannot be dedicated with the <br /> map a note may be placed on the map adjacent to the proposed <br /> easement stating that "a minimum 20 foot wide private <br /> irrigation easement shall be conveyed across lot or parcel <br /> number 2 at the time of conveyance or transfer to new <br /> owners. Pipeline is to be installed at the expense of the <br /> recipient of the water. " <br /> The above note, together with the owner consenting to the <br /> preparation and filing of the map, gives constructive notice <br /> to title companies, future property buyers and the public of <br /> the requirement to provide a private irrigation easement as <br /> well as its size and location. <br /> b. Obtain a structure permit for new service structure <br /> connections to District facilities which are necessary to <br />
