They were <br /> installed between May 2 , 1974 and July 17, 1986. <br /> The three locations were found for properties located <br /> at 18130, 18362 and 18434 East Louise Avenue. An <br /> additional fifty feet of leach lines were placed at <br /> 18130 East Louise Avenue on May 2 , 1974. No other <br /> problems were recorded : <br /> Existing Use : <br /> There are three houses , one double wide mobile home, <br /> two sheds and one barn on the existing 46. 98 acre parcel . <br /> The remainder of the existing parcel is in peaches . <br /> Percolation Test : <br /> Two percolation tests were performed in accordance <br /> with the percolation tests procedures outlined in the <br /> "Manual Septic Tank Practice" , published by the U. S. <br /> Department of Health, Education and Welfare and per <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Local Health <br /> District. <br /> On June 14, 15 , 1995, two percolation tests were performed <br /> by me on the above referenced property in conformance <br /> with the San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . The <br /> approximate location of the test holes and Soil <br /> Profile are shown on the accompanying Detail Map. <br /> 2 - <br />
