In
fact it is near the point where most aircraft make their last turn toward
final approach (Enclosure 1 ) . A portion of the site is within Noise Zone II .
The proposed use of this site is certainly compatible with Noise Zone II or
even Accident Potential Zone II which is next to the site.
Our major concern would be that reflective roofs or visual distractions
to the pilots are not allowed.
Recommend an Avigation and Hazard Easement be granted to the U.S. Government
by the property owner.
Thank you for allowing us to comment on this application. If any further
information is needed please contact Mr. Gene Kirkpatrick, Depot Master Planner,
(209)982-2610.
tis-c_ii G•!
Robert Mustain
Director of Engineering and Housing
Enclosure
Copies Furnished :
Legal Office , Sharpe Army Depot
Council of Governments, Airport Land Use Commission
__
