Louise <br /> Lathrop, CA 95330 <br /> Dear Mr. Wright: <br /> SUBJECT: PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2050 E. LOUISE , LATHROP <br /> This letter is to document what was discussed at the March 30 , <br /> 1989 meeting with you, the Department of Planning and Building <br /> Inspection and the Manteca-Lathrop Fire Department. <br /> It was agreed that the existing operation and occupancy of the <br /> buildings could continue if all building code , fire code , and <br /> zoning ordinance requirements were complied with, within a <br /> specified time. <br /> The time frame which would be acceptable to the Department of <br /> Planning and Building Inspection and the Manteca-Lathrop Fire <br /> Department is as follows: <br /> OIL 1. The water supply and fire hydrants shall be installed and <br /> operational by October 1, 1989 . <br /> 2 . Fire sprinklers shall be installed and operational in the <br /> Oki 16 , 000 sq. ft. warehouse (Building "A" ) by October 1 , 1990 . <br /> 3. Fire sprinklers shall be installed and operational in the <br /> adjacent 16 ,000 sq. ft. warehouse (Building "B" ) by April 1 , <br /> ©kL 1991. <br /> 4 . A building permit must be obtained by June 1 , 1989 for the <br /> 4, 000 sq. ft. of roof deck that was applied to each warehouse <br /> building, without any approvals from this department . <br /> Since a plan check has already been made on the <br /> building, only the corrections noted on the plan <br /> check of November 22, 1988 (attached) need to be <br /> made. A plan check fee of $243 . 10 is due and <br /> should be paid as soon as possible. The $197. 60 , <br /> which you paid for the patio cover, was applied <br /> to the $440 .70 balance due. <br />
