f . The property shall connect to the Lathrop County Water District for water supply, and a "will serve" letter shall be provided. The owner will secure an agreement for water service from the Lathrop County Water District by December 15 , 1989 . The owner shall commence construction of the water line within 90 days of the execution of the agreement and diligently pursue construction to its completion. The water line shall be complete and opera- tional 60 calendar days after commencement of construc- tion. g. Public sewer service will be required in accordance with the adopted County Development Policies for Unincorporated Urban Centers when it becomes available , at which time the owner will be required to pay his proportionate share of fees for the ,service . �9��a 3�dd✓fiP�f✓ 2 . Department of Public Health Services : S/1_.f9 3G a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. A letter from the water supplier will be required which states that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets State standards prior to recording the Final Map. b . Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well under permit and inspection by the Department of Public Health Services . c . State on revised plans or improvement plans that the leach field will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven over , parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and can- not contain any underground utility lines . 3 . Sharpe Army Depot : a. Reflective roofs and other visual distractions to pilots shall not be allowed. b. An Avigation and Hazard Easement shall be granted to the U . S . Government by the property owner . 4 . Council of Governments : NOTE : A copy of the letter received from the Council is attached for your review. 5 . Planning Division: a. The owner shall notify the Director of Planning and Building Inspection, in writing, of the date that the agreement with the Lathrop County Municipal Water District is secured, the date on which construction of the water line commences, and the date that the water line becomes operational .
