Louise Avenue, <br /> Lathrop) <br /> ACTION: On February 20, 1996, the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department approved a Time Extension for Agricultural <br /> Excavation No. GX-94-2 . <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning <br /> Commission by any interested party. Appeals must be filed with <br /> this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of <br /> $275. 00. The 10-day appeal period ends at 4: 30 p.m. on March 1, <br /> 1996.
