Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. If occupied trailer is approved by the Planning Department, construction of an individual sewage <br /> disposal system under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division will be <br /> required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 <br /> & 9-1110.4). <br /> b. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to an <br /> approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> C. The irrigation well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: Agricultural <br /> discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow prevention shall maintain an air gap equal to <br /> the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The discharge pipe shall also have two <br /> 1/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the pipe and opposite each other or a <br /> backflow device approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. <br /> d. The domestic well must be repaired under permit and ' spection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Sec#on 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> 1. Install sanitary seal. <br /> 2. Repair cement surface seal around well'casing to sufficiently protect well casing and <br /> integrity of well grout. <br /> 3.
