j. A written notification of work schedules and an Improvement Plan shall be provided to the <br /> County by the applicant prior to any grading or excavation. The Improvement Plan shall <br /> reflect all of the adopted Conditions of Approval. One (1) copy of the Improvement Plan <br /> shall be submitted to the Development Services Division for distribution to the involved <br /> County departments. A plan check fee will be required. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1410.3{j}) <br /> K. At the completion of the grading, the applicant shall have a registered civil engineer or <br /> licensed land surveyor compare the excavation's final elevations with the approved permit. <br /> The engineer or surveyor shall submit a certified, written finding to the Development <br /> Services Division which states and documents the compliance or non-compliance of the <br /> excavation with all of the conditions of the approved permit. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1410.3{k}) <br /> I. To insure that the excavation is completed in conformance with the approved permit, the <br /> operator shall secure a performance bond or other financial security sufficient to cover <br /> the cost of rehabilitation of the site for agricultural use. The form of the bond or other <br /> financial security shall be found acceptable by County Counsel. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1410.2{m}) <br /> 2.
