Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> e. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions <br /> of California Code of Regulations, Title 22 will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division and San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and <br /> 9-1115.9. <br /> f. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site is required in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> g. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator <br /> and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material <br /> collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous <br /> constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from <br /> the Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the <br /> time of submittal. <br /> h. A solid waste permit may be required. Submit a plan of operation for the recycling <br /> operation along with $156.00 for the plan check fee. <br /> NOTE: A Notice and Order to Abate the nuisance conditions at this premise <br /> has been issued by the Environmental Health Division. <br />
