REVISED AMENDED, AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LIBBY-0WENS-FORD GLASS COMPANY <br /> MS-89-60 <br /> i <br /> DEPARrMENf OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. A parcel map is required. <br /> 2. Parcels shall redesignated; Parcel 4 shall be changed to <br /> Parcel 2. The remainder shall be "Designated P.emainder". <br /> 3. Additional roadway dedication is required on Harlan Road along <br /> the frontage of the adjacent Parcels to result in 84-foot <br /> right-of-way. <br /> 4. A 37-foot wide roadway dedication is required on Louise Avenue <br /> along the frontage of Parcel 1. <br /> 5. A 25-foot wide irrevocable offer of roadway dedication is <br /> required on Louise Avenue along the frontage of the remainder. <br /> 6. An Irrevocable Offer of Dedication shall be made for Harlan <br /> Road re-aligned to intersect Louise Avenue at the east side of <br /> Parcel 1. <br /> 7. For future development of any numbered parcel; public water, <br /> public sewer, and terminal drainage will be required. A <br /> conditional certificate of compliance for remainder requiring <br /> services at the time a permit or other grant of approval for <br /> development shall be recorded. <br /> $. The Lathrop Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this subdivision. Time for payment of the fee on the <br /> Remainder shall be deferred. The owner shall execute a <br /> Deferred Payment Agreement prior to approval of the Parcel Map <br /> (A $250.00 fee is required for processing per Ord. No. 3337, <br /> in addition to a copy of Grant Deed) . <br /> 9. Frontage improvements for Louise Avenue and Harlan Road shall <br /> be constructed along the frontage of Parcels created by this <br /> map at the time a permit or other grant of approval for <br /> development is issued. <br /> lii. The frontage improvements of Louise Avenue along the frontage <br /> of the remainder shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one half of a 110-foot right-of-way urban <br /> street. The construction of the frontage improvements may be <br /> deferred at the option of the Department of Public Works, in <br /> which event the owner shall execute a Deferred Frontage <br /> Improvement Agreement prior to approval of the Parcel Map (A <br /> $250.00 fee is required for processing per Ord. No. 3337 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an engineer's <br /> estimate with a drawing of the required frontage improvements <br /> on a from to be supplied by the Public Works Department) . Gas <br /> Service shall be relocated during planned shut down in 1992, <br /> but in no case later then the end of 1993. <br />
