✓ .fir <br /> (b) Samples will be analyzed by a certified lab for <br /> trichloroethylene (TCE) , arsenic and selenium. The TCE <br /> will be tested in accordance with EPA test methods 601 <br /> and 602 . <br /> b. Wellhead Injection Water and Filtrate <br /> (a) Testing of the filtrate solids for hazardous materials <br /> shall be conducted at the time of each filter change. <br /> (b) Grab samples shall be collected at the sampling valve <br /> at the wellhead and used for laboratory analysis for <br /> physical and chemical characteristics. <br /> (c) Temperature, annular pressure, and injection pressure <br /> shall be measured at the wellhead. <br /> (d) Injection rate/flow rate shall be measured in the <br /> supply line immediately before the wellhead. <br /> (e) All monitoring and recording equipment shall be <br /> calibrated on a regular basis. The permittee shall <br /> submit, to the Director, a report describing the <br /> calibration procedures and the frequency at which the <br /> equipment will be calibrated. <br /> (f) The permittee shall submit, to the Director, a report <br /> identifying the types of tests and methods used to gen- <br /> erate the monitoring data as specified by 40 CFR §136. 3 <br /> or Appendix III of 40 CFR §261. When the analytical <br /> method for a particular parameter is not specified in <br /> either 40 CFR §136. 3 or Appendix III of 40 CFR §261, <br /> the permittee must obtain EPA approval of the types of <br /> tests and methods used to generate the monitoring data. <br /> This report must be submitted for approval by EPA a <br /> minimum of thirty (30) days prior to collecting <br /> monitoring data for the first Quarterly Report and any <br /> time the monitoring procedures are changed or modified <br /> for subsequent reporting periods. <br /> (g) The permittee shall notify the Director 30 days prior <br /> to collecting the first set of samples and any time the <br /> permittee plans to change the method of collecting or <br /> analyzing samples. Unless the Director approves any <br /> requested changes in the methods of sampling and <br /> analysis the permittee shall not deviate from the ap- <br /> proved sampling and analysis plan. <br /> 17 <br />
