*4/ <br /> ATTACHMENT 6 <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COGEN LIMITED <br /> ROADWAY SELECTION <br /> The roadway selection for the facility was selected on the merits <br /> of the following arguments: <br /> The selected path would allow access from the plant <br /> site to Harlan Road without crossing any other plant <br /> site in the area. <br /> The proposed east.-west and north-south routings would <br /> afford a great deal of security to the plant site. <br /> Anyone using the access road to the cogeneration <br /> facility would have to go past the administration <br /> building to gain entry to the plant . <br /> The proposed east--west roadway location would easily <br /> serve after dedication to the county as an access road <br /> to a large industrial park if it were to be developed <br /> in the southern part of the property in question. <br /> The additional traffic caused by six employees working <br /> during the weekday shift and two for the second and <br /> third shift each with an average of one delivery truck <br /> per day will be negliable. <br />
