Because terminal drainage into the Louise <br /> Avenue storm line is no longer a requirement for this develop- <br /> ment, a drainage pond will be allowed, therefore, annexation into <br /> County Service Area 4 (Zone A) will not be necessary. <br /> Also, to clarify Public Works Department' s Recommendation No. 1, <br /> of the Memorandum, dated February 8, 1989 , (attached) to the <br /> San Joaquin County Planning and Building Inspection Department, <br /> the following shall apply: <br /> The access road shall he a minimum of 20=feet-wide with the <br /> structural section and grade adequate to provide ultimate design <br /> gravel equivalent of our standard for an 84-foot industrial street <br /> after widening and adding a 2-inch overlay (drawing attached. ) <br /> If you have any questions, call Dennis L.
