ATTACHMENT 12 <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COGEN <br /> PLOT FLAN <br /> The attached drawing 30.53-G-100.01 is the proposed plot plan <br /> layout of the San Joaquin CoGen plant. <br /> The access roads within the plant battery limits will be <br /> paved. The personnel access area around the equipment will <br /> be gravel . <br /> All hazardous materials will be curbed or diked to contain <br /> any spills. <br /> The perimeter of the plant will have a six foot chain lino; <br /> security fence. Any hazardous areas where personnel are <br /> restricted such as the switchyard will have additional <br /> security fencing with limited access. <br /> The Power Control Building will be of modular steel <br /> construction and will have the control room, motor control <br /> center , electrical switchgear and station batteries for an <br /> uninterrupted power system (UPS) . <br /> The Administration/Maintenance building will house the <br /> administrative offices and the maintenance shop. <br /> The Fuel Gas supplier area will have the gas supplier <br /> metering equipment , filters and drums to trap liquids and <br /> debris that may be in the incoming gas. <br /> The water tanks will store treated water to maintain a 2q <br /> hour supply. <br />
