Additional Information Required <br /> l.ocat-ion: The only discharge point will be into the injection <br /> well as shown in EPA UIC Permit CAS900000001 at <br /> T. 1S, R. 6E. , Section 34, Mount Diable [lase and <br /> Meridiani at Libby-Owens-Ford Plant in Lathrop , <br /> California, approximately 1/2 mile southeast of the <br /> intersection of Interstate 5 and Louise Avenue, San <br /> Joaquin County. <br /> Type: The waste stream will be industrial , consisting of <br /> cooling tower and boiler blowdown and water <br /> treatment plant regeneration backwash. <br /> Quantitl: The waste stream will average about. 100 gpm or <br /> 144 ,000 CTPD. There will be surges when the water <br /> treatment facility is regenerated , but this surge <br /> will be averaged out in the surge tank to a <br /> consistent average flow of about .100 GPM or 144 ,000 <br /> GPD. <br /> Quality. The total dissolved solids in the wastewater is <br /> estimated to be 7,900 ppm. The wastewater will be <br /> at ambient temperature when it enters the injection <br /> well . It will Have a maximum pH of 8. 6 and an <br /> average of 7. 2.
