TRACY, CALIFORNIA
SJC APPLICATION NUMBER: PA-05-522 (LA)
1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
L Our office was contracted by Mr. Nate Bacchetti to conduct a soil suitability study for the proposed
development at the southwest comer of Lovely and Bud Road, with the associated address 4700
West Lovely Road in Tracy, California.A previous soil suitability study was done by Neil Anderson
&Associates,Inc. for the subject property at the southwest comer of Lovely and Bird Road dated
March 10, 1994 for Grewal and Bacchetti. Because of a new lot line adjustment on the subject
property, this Soil Suitability Study is being completed in anticipation of EHD requirements. With
L approval from the EHD, the percolation tests from the 1994 study will be incorporated into this
project. This report can be found attached in the Appendix.
L The soil suitability study (SSS) was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for use
with a septic system.
