January 19,2006 NOA Project Number: E051 61A v 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage LAccording to Marie Ann Bacchetti,no septic systems exist on the property. No permits were found on file for the subject property during file review on January 17,2006. I 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History No septic permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on January 17,2006. L 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History 6. No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on January 17, 2006. 4/ ' L3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver 6, (www.terraserver.microsoft.com). We counted the budding clusters within one square mile of the Site,and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method, Lwe determined that there are a minimum of 20 septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the subject property. The general use of the vicinity is farmland.There are few residences in the area.
