3. REVISIONS OF APPROVED ACTIONS FOR USE PERMIT NO. UP-00-0021 OF HORIZON <br /> CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP (C/O LEROY MINATRE) to amend Condition 1.b. of a previously approved <br /> Use Permit application for a church development to be completed in three (3) phases over a five (5) <br /> year period with an expiration date of August 16, 2006. The Revisions of Approved Actions is to extend <br /> the expiration date for five years. The project site is located on the east side of Lower Sacramento <br /> Road, 1200 feet south of Eight Mile Road, Stockton (Supervisorial District 4). CONSENT <br /> MOTION: <br /> It was moved, seconded (Morri/Blanchard), and passed by a unanimous roll call vote (5-0) to: <br /> 1. Approve the amended Negative Declaration, and <br /> 2. Approve the Revisions of Approved Actions application for Use Permit No. UP-00-0021 with the <br /> previously approved Findings and Conditions of Approval contained in the staff report, with the following <br /> revision to Community Development Department Condition 1.b.: <br /> 1.b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for the construction of a church facility consisting of religious <br /> services, Sunday school, and some recreational uses as shown on the Plan submitted February 7, 2001 <br /> (Use Type: Religious Services—Community[maximum of 499 seats]). The recreational uses shall be <br /> for church members at scheduled church functions only. The project is to be developed in three phases <br /> (over 5 years) as follows, (with a completion date of August 1 2011)as follows: <br /> VOTE: <br /> AYES: BLANCHARD, CARTER, NICKERSON, MORRI, STOCKAR <br /> NOES: NONE <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> PC MINUTES - 5 - PC: 10-5-06 <br />
