UP-00-21 OF DELTA CHURCH OF <br /> THE NAZARENE (C/O H. LEROY MINATRE). <br /> The applicant, Leroy Minatre, has submitted the above referenced Use Permit <br /> application for the construction of a church facility consisting of religious services, <br /> Sunday school, and some recreational uses. Sunday school will begin at 9:30 am and <br /> end sometime before 10:30 am when the main religious worship ceremonies will begin. <br /> The main ceremony will end at 12:00 pm. Sunday will also include a less formal worship <br /> ceremony from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 pm. At 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday nights, the facility will <br /> host a Bible Study ending at 8:30 pm. On Friday nights, the facility will have "Youth <br /> Nights" for approximately 25 children. The events will be chaperoned and consist of <br /> youth activities such as table games. "Youth Nights' will begin at 7:00 pm and end at <br /> 10:30 pm. <br /> The project is to be developed in three phases as follows: <br /> Phasel <br /> • 14,180 square-foot building for the purposes of worship, education, and <br /> administration <br /> Aggregate base driveway <br /> Aggregate base parking area containing 87 parking spaces <br /> Phase 11 <br /> 16,000 square-foot multi-use, worship building, containing 499 seats. <br /> Phase III <br /> 7,400 square-foot education building <br />
