The purpose of our study was to <br /> determine the suitability of the property for septic tank usage. The study was performed in <br /> general accordance to the requirements of Section 9-10100© of San Joaquin County Ordinance. <br /> The following includes background information regarding the proposed development, rep sent <br /> use of the site, and the groundwater denth i; the nnniPr t arrea. In addition,,discussions regarding <br /> our <br /> investigative procedures and the site conditions encountered during our field exploration and <br /> the results of percolation tests are presented. Finally, the results of our nitrate loading <br /> calculations, R-Value testing, and project limitations are provided. <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> On a preliminary basis, we understand the subject 16-acre project site will contain approximately <br /> five buildings. The site currently contains a trailer home and was previously a baseball batting <br /> cage facility.
