Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> 04 A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of people <br /> the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area <br /> will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage <br /> area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and <br /> cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the <br /> provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health t:are 5emces C <br />
