The phasing is as follows: • Phase 1 is composed of the construction of a 5,600-square-foot membrane structure for a 299- seat worship center and the construction of a 3,600-square-foot mufti-purpose building to house Sunday school classrooms, offices, and restrooms. • Phase 2 is composed of the construction of a 14,500-square-foot mufti-purpose building to house a 500-seat worship center, offices, and Sunday school classrooms,followed by the removal of the membrane structure. • Phase 3 is composed of the construction of a 10,000-square-foot, two-story, 300-seat classroom building and the conversion of the 3,600-square- foot multi-purpose building to a vehicle and equipment garage, storage area, and concession space. Phase 4 is composed of the construction of a 27,000-square-foot, two-story, 1,000-seat worship facility. Phase 5 is composed of the construction of a 10,000-square-foot, two-story, 300-seat community services building to accommodate Sunday classrooms, administrative offices, a library, a media and music production room, a group meeting room, a counseling facility, and a video production room, as well as the conversion of the 500-seat worship center (Phase 2) into a gymnasium and meeting room. The worship center is proposed to operate from 8:00 a.m. until noon and from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Sundays, the offices are proposed to operate from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and from San Joaquin County UP-95-9/Bear Creek Community Development Page 1
