The phasing is as follows: <br /> • Phase 1 is composed of the construction of a 5,600-square-foot membrane structure for a 299- <br /> seat worship center and the construction of a 3,600-square-foot mufti-purpose building to house <br /> Sunday school classrooms, offices, and restrooms. <br /> • Phase 2 is composed of the construction of a 14,500-square-foot mufti-purpose building to house <br /> a 500-seat worship center, offices, and Sunday school classrooms,followed by the removal of the <br /> membrane structure. <br /> • Phase 3 is composed of the construction of a 10,000-square-foot, two-story, 300-seat classroom <br /> building and the conversion of the 3,600-square- foot multi-purpose building to a vehicle and <br /> equipment garage, storage area, and concession space. <br /> Phase 4 is composed of the construction of a 27,000-square-foot, two-story, 1,000-seat worship <br /> facility. <br /> Phase 5 is composed of the construction of a 10,000-square-foot, two-story, 300-seat community <br /> services building to accommodate Sunday classrooms, administrative offices, a library, a media <br /> and music production room, a group meeting room, a counseling facility, and a video production <br /> room, as well as the conversion of the 500-seat worship center (Phase 2) into a gymnasium and <br /> meeting room. <br /> The worship center is proposed to operate from 8:00 a.m. until noon and from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. <br /> on Sundays, the offices are proposed to operate from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and from <br /> San Joaquin County UP-95-9/Bear Creek <br /> Community Development Page 1 <br />
