Lincoln Road PERMIT/SERVICES
Stockton, CA 95207
Dear Mr. Friis:
RE: GROUND BREAKING SERVICE AT THE BEAR CREEK CHURCH SITE AT 11171 N. LOWER
SACRAMENTO ROAD, STOCKTON (APN: 059-030-16)
This letter is to notify you that the Community Development Department, along
with the Department of Public Works and Public Health Services, has reviewed your
request for a ground breaking service/ceremony and barbecue at the above-
referenced site on September 3, 1995. While this Department has no objection to
the proposed temporary use of the property on the specified date, please be
advised that this decision does not represent an approval for the Use Permit
application currently being processed for the Bear Creek Community Church (Use
Permit Application No UP-95-09) . An action on that project is scheduled by the
San Joaquin County Planning Commission on August 31, 1995. In the event that the
application is approved at that time, the appeal period must first expire and all
of the adopted Conditions of Approval be complied with prior to legally
establishing the requested use.
Public Health Services has indicated in a memo dated September 3, 1995
(attached) , that the temporary use of the property may only be permitted subject
to your providing approved chemical toilets and bottled water. You should
contact Mike Huggins of Public Health Services for specific information regarding
compliance with those requirements. The Department of Public Works did not
provide any formal comments on your requested temporary use of the property,
except to say that the traffic and parking measures outlined in your letter of
August 18, 1995 (attached) should be in place for the use of the site.
If you have any questions, you may contact Richard Larrouy, an Associate Planner
in this office, at 468-3142.
Sincerely,
P
THOMAS M.
