D. The agricultural well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain an <br /> air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The discharge <br /> pipe shall also have two % inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the pipe and <br /> opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County must be <br /> installed. <br /> d� <br /> Destroy the abandoned "pit" well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Com. Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> F. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> I <br />
