(3) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and twenty <br /> (20)feetlong. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> (4) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> (5) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.7). <br /> (6) No overnight truck parking shall be allowed. <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[fJ[1]} <br /> g. LIGHTING: (_ighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting,:shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property'Lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light sh*J:no cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10)foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way with of North <br /> Lower Sacramento Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1020.5[c]) <br /> (2) Areas ofAhe property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> (3) One treeā¢,shall be required for each five(5) parking stalls, or portion thereof,for a total of sixteen <br /> (16)trees, and shall be evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.5 [b.]) <br /> i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> t <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public right-of-ways. Screening shall be six <br /> (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, <br /> or in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[d][2]) <br /> j. SIGNS: Sigp.detaiis shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five(5)feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off(snipe).
