Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Any future septic system repairs to the site will require that the leach lines shall not be placed <br /> under concrete, blacktop, roadway, or structure. Leach lines to disposal fields must be <br /> maintained in an open area barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a <br /> storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). <br />
