In addition,the following conditions shall be complied with: <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of a building permit. A review fee of $174.00, effective August <br /> 1, 2000, is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00, effective August 1, 2000, per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> D.
