Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Applicant will need to relocate septic system for existing home/office prior to issuance of <br /> building permit(s) and/or acceptance of Improvement Plan. (Applicant was advised on pre- <br /> application report, dated January 4, 2000). <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, revised site plans shall incorporate the required 100% designated septic <br /> replacement area per Environmental Health Division Sewage Standards. <br /> C. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A$156.00 plan check fee is required <br /> at the time of submittal. <br /> D.
