(DISTRICT 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: Dave and Kathleen Williams APN: 027-060-34 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Lower Sacramento Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width as required by the City of Lodi. Taylor Road <br /> has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width as required by the City of Lodi. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application. (The fee currently is $ 156 .25 per daily <br /> trip-end generated in the Lodi area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record.
