Adopt the attached Resolution approving Fourth Cycle General Plan Amendment for <br /> General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-0700295 of Joe and Sheila Newfield- and <br /> !9010 A4 <br /> 2. Adopt the attached ordinance for Zone Reclassification No. PA-0700296 (relative to <br /> General Plan Map Amendment PA-0700295)- <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> On October 9, 2007, The Board of Supervisors adopted A Motion of Intent to approve <br /> General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-0700295 and Zone Reclassification No. PA- <br /> 0700296 of Joe and Sheila Newfield. The General Plan Map amendment is to amend <br /> the General Plan designation of one 0.52-acre parcel from R/M (Medium Density <br /> Residential) to C/C (Community Commercial). The Zone Reclassification is to change <br /> the same 0.52-acre parcel from R-M (Medium Density Residential) to C-C (Community <br /> Commercial. The project is located on the east side of Lower Sacramento Road, 50 feet <br /> north of Mokelumne Street, northwest of Lodi. <br />
