Lower Sacramento Road, Lodi <br /> General Plan: A/G Community: — <br /> Zoning: AG-20 APN: 013-230-27 <br /> Water Supply: Well Sewage Disposal: Septic system <br /> Storm Drainage: Retention pond 100-Year Flood: No <br /> Williamson Act: No Supervisorial District: 4 <br /> Staff: Tom Gau CEQA Determination: Negative Declaration <br /> Project Description <br /> The Revisions of Approved Actions is a request by the applicant that Public Works Department Condition <br /> of Approval No. 2.e. be amended to permit a "typical" Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement, rather than the current requirement of an agreement that is secured. <br /> This project is a Use Permit for construction of a 300-seat community church with an office andmulti- <br /> purpose building in three phases. Phase I began in the spring of 1998 and will consist of the construction <br /> of the 6,000-square-foot multi-purpose building. Phase II is scheduled to begin in the spring of 1999, at <br /> which time the 1600-square-foot office will be constructed.
