The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,032 per 1,000 gross <br /> square foot of building as Service Commercial in the Lodi area. A copy of the improvement plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. A traffic study shall be prepared to determine the impacts and mitigation measures of the <br /> Lower Sacramento Road and Woodbridge Road intersection, the Lower Sacramento Road <br /> and Mokelumne Street intersection and the access locations. <br /> The developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, as estimated by the Department <br /> of Public Works Public Facilities Division, prior to Department of Public Works preparing or <br /> contracting for the required study.
