Lower Sacramento Road, Lodi) <br /> ACTION: On August 13, 1998, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved a Revisions of <br /> Approved Actions for UP-97-9. Public Works Condition No. 2.e. has been revised as follows: <br /> 2.e. A left-tum lane into the site and an acceleration lane for traffic exiting south from the site shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with San Joaquin County standards. The construction of the <br /> improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Aareement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to the estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan. A $260.00 fee currently is required for processing, per Development Title <br /> Table 9-240.2, in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required <br /> improvements. The estimate and Improvement Plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer and submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval.
