Lower Sacramento Road, Lodi <br /> General Plan: A/G Community: — <br /> Zoning: AG-20 APN: 013-230-27 <br /> Water Supply: Well Sewage Disposal: Septic system <br /> Storm Drainage: Retention pond 100-Year Flood: No <br /> Williamson Act: No Supervisorial District: 4 <br /> Staff: Tom Gau CEQA Determination: Negative Declaration <br /> Project Description <br /> This project is a Use Permit application for a construction of a 300-seat community church with an office <br /> and multi-purpose building in three phases. Phase I is scheduled to begin in the spring of 1998 and will <br /> consist of the construction of the 6,000-square-foot multi-purpose building. Phase II is scheduled to <br /> begin in the spring of 1999, at which time the 1600-square-foot office will be constructed. Phase III is <br /> \. scheduled to begin in the spring of 2000, at which time the 7500-square-foot worship hall will be <br /> constructed. Sunday worship will be held on Sundays between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The office will <br /> be open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will be staffed by five employees.
