Lower Sacramento Rd. <br /> Woodbridge, California 95258 <br /> Dear Mr. Walls <br /> Our office has been retained by Mr. Walls of Woodbridge <br /> Community Church, Woodbridge, California, to perform a nitrate <br /> study and percolation test for the located at 19350 N. Lower <br /> Sacramento Rd. , Woodbridge, California (APN 013-230-27 ) . The <br /> purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of the <br /> property for septic tank usage in light of the proposed <br /> development. This letter presents the results of our study. <br /> The subject property consists of an asymmetrical shaped 6 . 5 <br /> acre parcel located on the southeast corner of Lower Sacramento <br /> Rd, and Woodbridge Rd. It is proposed to construct three <br /> buildings with a total area of 15,000 square feet. The <br /> construction on the proposed site will include a worship hall, an <br /> office, a multipurpose room, and a 139-space parking lot (see the <br /> attached Location Map prepared by Mike Smith Engineering) . The <br /> worship hall and the multipurpose room will have maximum seat <br /> capacities of 960 and 650 persons. <br /> The site 'is currently vacant with no infrastructure <br /> presently on the site. The project is covered with seasonal <br /> vegetation due to previous rains. The subject location borders a <br /> grape vineyard, a homestead, and a mobile home park. <br /> The Mokelumne river is located approximately 100 yards south of <br /> the site. <br /> SOIL PROFILE AND PERCOLATION TEST <br /> A test hole was excavated to determine the . soil profile in <br /> the general area.
