Woodbridge Community Church
Page No. 3
Using a background level of 0. 4 mg/l for ground water nitrate and
the proposed 6 . 5 acre lot density, a resultant average ground
water nitrate level of 5.4 mg/1 was obtained. This level is well
within acceptable limits. These calculations conservatively
assume that all effluent percolates to the estimated ground water
depth of approximately 40 feet, which based on the soil profile
encountered in the test hole, is likely not the case.
The conclusions of this report are based on the information
provided regarding the proposed development, the use of the
subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the
time we excavated our test hole and performed the percolation
test. It was assumed that the test hole and percolation test
results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the
general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings
obtained, and our conclusions proposed in accordance with
generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
