A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling of earth material. q. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: (1) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (CCR, Title 24). Provide one van parking space. (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the'tow away'sign, at each entrance or visible from each space.
