d. Certificate of Compliance applications shall be submitted for Parcels 1, 2, and 3. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-890.4{i}) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Staff Contact: Tom Iwam ya, 4683023) <br /> a. A Parcel Map waiver is allowed. (Development Title Section 9-890) <br /> b. Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway shall be improved <br /> in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin <br /> County Standards F-1 a, F-1 b, and F-1 c, and the Farmington Fire District prior to issuance <br /> of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when the parcels are developed. The <br /> fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is <br /> $1,651.00 per single-family dwelling unit in the Linden area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-90304 and R-91-1025) <br /> d. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when the parcels are <br /> developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The <br /> fee currently is $1,221.61 per single-family dwelling unit. The fee shall be automatically <br /> increased on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An additional 3.5 percent <br /> shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing and administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91327) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: (Staff Contact: Bill Marchese, 4683445) <br /> a. A soil suitability study, as required by Development Title Section 9-1105.2(d), which <br /> indicates that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to <br /> approval of the Certificates of Compliance. A review fee of$156.00 is required at the time <br /> of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochlcropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to approval of the Certificates of Compliance. Samples are to <br /> be taken and analyzed by a State approved laboratory. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1115.7) <br /> C. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development.
