State law requires <br /> [ MANTECA, ` <br /> RIPON, that land use within airport areas of influence must conform to the Airport Land Use Plan. <br /> STOCKTON, <br /> TRACY, The project associated with the lot line adjustment application on behalf of two (2) <br /> AN U <br /> fl <br /> THE COUNTY OF parcels. This land falls within the Conical Zone of the Lodi Lind's Airport Area ouence. <br /> [ SAN JOAQUIN Few restrictions are necessary for projects that fall in this zone. Any future construction-on this <br /> land must adhere to the standards outlined in the 1993 amended Airport Land Use Plan. <br /> Standards pertinent to the Conical Zone include,but are not limited, to the following: <br /> ➢ The use of non-reflective materials,transmissions, and visual distractions to pilots; <br /> ➢ Residential uses are permitted if insulated to reduce interior noise to a level no higher <br /> than 45 dB; <br /> ' ➢ An avigation easement is recorded in favor of the Airport Operator; and, <br /> ➢ Proposed schools that are to be located within a 2-mile radius of an airport must <br /> undergo a review by Caltrans Division of Aeronautics and the State Department of <br /> Education. <br /> In addition,the property owner should be aware of the potential need to file FAA Form <br /> 7460-1 entitled Notice of Proposed Construction or Alteration. This form can be accessed from <br /> www.faagov/dace/faafortns.htm and sent to FAA, P.O.
